The 7-Day Install

Every DFY client gets a full AI department installed in 7 days. This is what happens.

Day 1-2: Data Ingestion + Infrastructure

  • Set up hardware (Mac Mini) or VPS
  • Ingest all client data: SOPs, client lists, brand assets, voice recordings, sales call transcripts
  • Deploy RawgrowthOS base system
  • Connect to client's tools: CRM, Slack/Discord, email, social accounts, analytics
  • Deliverable: Infrastructure live, data loading

Day 3-4: Agent Configuration

  • Configure 8+ agents trained on client's business
  • Customize agent CLAUDE.md files with client-specific context
  • Set up CEO agent on Telegram (client's primary interface)
  • Configure inter-agent routing for client's workflow
  • Deliverable: Agents responding, trained on client data

Day 5-6: Dashboard + Content Engine

  • Deploy War Room dashboard customized to client's KPIs
  • Connect all data sources to dashboard
  • Set up content production pipeline (competitor scraping, idea generation, script writing)
  • Calibrate content voice to founder's authentic tone
  • Deliverable: Dashboard live, content engine producing

Day 7: Go-Live + Handoff

  • Full system walkthrough with client
  • Test every integration end-to-end
  • Client sends first message to CEO agent
  • Document any customizations or edge cases
  • Deliverable: Client operating independently

Months 2-3: Support Phase (Included in $25K)

  • Daily check-ins on system health
  • Agent training refinement based on client feedback
  • Dashboard customization as client identifies new KPIs
  • Content voice calibration (takes 2-4 weeks to nail)

Month 2+: Retainer Phase ($5K/mo)

  • Content filming/editing (we write scripts, they film)
  • Paid ad management (unless added to scope)
  • HR/legal/compliance advice
  • Anything requiring human judgment on sensitive client matters
